Whether in psychotherapy or integrated care, across delivery formats including telehealth, behavioral health providers can help culturally diverse middle aged and older adults understand cognitive aging and engage in brain-healthy habits. This 90-minute webinar features clinical strategies to (a) educate patients about normative age-related changes in cognitive functioning and (b) promote brain healthy practices that are consistent with their personal values and life goals.
