Description
Many middle-aged and older adults experience normal age-related changes in cognitive functioning; others can be high performing or experiencing brain health concerns. Regardless of where they fall on this range, our patients can benefit from evidence-based strategies that accommodate cognitive aging. How do we incorporate these practices in our clinical work with culturally diverse patients, including within telehealth, across psychotherapy and integrated care settings? This 90-minute webinar describes flexible within-session modifications and intervention resources for accommodating cognitive aging within your clinical practice.
Learning objectives
- Identify three within-session strategies to accommodate normal cognitive aging concerns.
- Select clinical resources that are compatible for telehealth delivery with middle-aged and older patients.
